Kaitlin Oresky

Kaitlin Oresky is a Graduate Assistant for the UCF Bands Program. In this role, she will assist with many administrative aspects of the UCF Bands and work with the Marching Knights, as well other ensembles.  

Kaitlin previously earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Central Florida. During her undergraduate studies, Kaitlin held the principal euphonium position in the UCF Wind Ensemble and performed in the UCF Tuba/Euphonium Ensemble. One highlight of her undergraduate career was presenting her capstone project titled, The Female Perspective in Brass Playing. 

Kaitlin also has a strong background in the marching arts. She was a 6-year member of the Boston Crusaders Drum & Bugle Corps, beginning as a baritone player in 2013 and aging out as drum major in 2018. She has since been instructing the low brass at The Academy Drum & Bugle Corps. Kaitlin additionally performed as a rack percussionist with Infinity World in 2019.
