- Nominations: Directors are encouraged to nominate students that are ready for an honors ensemble experience, whether those on the verge of distinguishing themselves through all-county selection or those who may already have done so. There is a $25 Participation Fee for each of the students selected to the Knights Rising Honor Band. Please watch for 2024 information over the summer (2023)
- Interactive Schedule: Invigorating rehearsals under a distinguished guest conductor and sectional master classes with UCF music faculty & students.
- Schedule for the weekend is constructed parallel to the UCF Conductors Symposium, providing directors broad opportunity for professional development.
- Directors who have students in the honor band can take advantage of complimentary registration for the UCF Conductors Symposium under non-conducting Participant status! Directors will be provided a coupon code to enter on the symposium payment page.
