2021 UCF Majorette Day

The UCF Majorettes are hosting the 20^th annual Majorette Day in Orlando, Florida for twirlers in grades 7^th – 12^th. Come and see for yourself one of the most exciting and entertaining marching bands in the country. Learn a routine taught by the UCF Majorettes and Staff an perform with the UCF Marching Knights during the Half-Time Festivities.

Clinic, practice, and performance locations

The clinic and practice will be held at the UCF Marching Knights Practice Field located on the University of Central Florida main campus. The band practice facility is located past the south end of parking lot B8. Parents can park in lot B8 or any other general parking lot for game day parking for no charge. After practice, all twirlers will walk together to the UCF Rehearsal Hall for lunch, and then march to the Bounce House for the game.

Cost

The total cost for the day is $40.00 per twirler. (Includes: clinic/practice, football game admission, lunch, and t-shirt for twirler). Registration is available from October 13^th to October 22^nd. You will receive an email confirmation/receipt that will need to be mailed in with your payment. Payment must be mailed and received by November 1^st, 2021. Make check/money order payable to the UCF MUSIC DEPARTMENT. If you are paying by personal check, please put driver’s license number below address information.

Please note that registration is limited to 70 on a first come, first serve basis.

Performance routine video

A video of the routine the twirlers will perform during half-time, will be posted on YouTube or emailed to the twirler or their coach. We will be limited on time for rehearsal, so everyone should know the routine before they arrive.

Family & friends game admission

Tickets can be purchased at the gate, by calling the UCF Ticket Office at (407) 823-GOLD (4653), or at www.ucfknights.com.

What to bring + additional information

Practice: Twirlers need to bring a water bottle.

Game: Twirlers will wear the UCF Majorette Day shirt with black shorts for the performance.
